Tell us if something does not work

If any part of this site is hard or impossible to use, write to hello@cmsinfosec.com and say what you were trying to do and what happened. You do not need to know why it went wrong or what to call it. "The text disappears when I zoom in" is a useful report.

If you need something on this site in a different format, ask at the same address and we will work out how to get it to you.

What we have tested

Every page on this site was checked on 13 September 2026, by script rather than by sampling, against the WCAG 2.2 AA thresholds for the things a machine can check: the language of each page, the landmarks, the skip link, heading order, text alternatives for images, link names, form labelling, keyboard tab order, and the contrast of every piece of text against what is actually behind it.

What that found, stated plainly:

  • Every page declares itself as British English, has one main landmark and one first-level heading, and starts with a skip link.
  • Every image carries a text alternative, and the decorative ones are marked as decorative rather than given invented descriptions.
  • Every link and every navigation block has a name a screen reader can announce. Nothing on the site overrides the natural tab order.
  • The six tables in the legal documents are wider than a phone, so each one sits in a labelled region that can be scrolled with the keyboard as well as by dragging.
  • One real fault was found and fixed the same day: the products on the services page were headed at the wrong level, which told a screen reader there was a section heading missing.
  • Two status labels passed on contrast by so little that they were darkened rather than left alone. Both now clear the standard by a real margin instead of by a rounding error.

Text contrast passes at AA throughout. The closest text to the line is now more than a third clear of the standard rather than a hundredth, which means a later change to a colour has room to be wrong before anybody is affected by it.

What we have not tested

This site has not had a formal accessibility audit, and we do not claim it conforms to WCAG 2.2 AA. What is written above is what an automated pass can establish, and that is a real but partial answer. Automated checks catch a minority of the barriers people actually hit.

In particular, nobody has yet gone through this site with a screen reader, with speech recognition, with a keyboard alone, or at high magnification, and those are the tests that find the problems worth finding. Until that happens, the honest position is that we have removed the faults we could detect and do not know what remains.

The CMS SecureMe app is not covered

This statement is about this website. The CMS SecureMe app is separate software with its own screens and its own controls, and a statement about it has to come from testing it rather than from testing this. It does not have one yet. When it does, it will be published with that product's other documents and this page will link to it.

How this page stays honest

The date above is the date the checks were actually run, not the date this page was built. If it is far in the past, treat what it says as that old. We would rather carry a visibly stale date than a statement that silently re-dates itself every time the site deploys.
